En cremet, alsidig kold dressing med til mange slags asiatisk mad; til grillet kylling, over en nudelsalat eller en poke-bowl – eller blot til at dyppe rå grøntsager i. Dressingen holder snildt 5 dage på køl.

 

Giver 1½ dl

 

Du skal bruge
1 dl peanutbutter
1 spsk soya
1 spsk limesaft
1 spsk sriracha
1½ spsk palme- eller rørsukker

Sådan gør du
Alle ingredienser kommes i en hurtig minihakker eller blender og køres til en glat creme. Smages til med sriracha, lime og sukker, til en sød-stærk dressing med et syrligt hint. Hældes på glas og opbevares på køl.

Tips & Tricks
Man kan godt komme ud for at dressingen kører tyk i minihakkeren – så fortynder du blot med vand til den ønskede konsistens.
