Denne æblekage tager sådan ca. 6 minutter at lægge sammen, den kan spises med det samme og så smager den bare helt vildt godt. De friske æbler giver mormor-makronerne et dejligt modspil og vanilje-flødeskummet på toppen fuldender oplevelsen. Det er sådan en æblekage man laver om aftenen, når man liiige trænger til noget sødt og hyggeligt (eller hvis svigermor kommer pludseligt på besøg). Så kan 2 dovne æbler i frugtskålen og en sjat piskefløde fra dagen før skabe små mirakler …

 

2 gode portioner (eller 4 til fin kaffe)

 

Du skal bruge
100 g makroner / ca. 25 stk af de gammeldaws med mandelessens og det hele
2 store æbler – alle slags kan bruges
1½ dl piskefløde
Korn fra ½ lille stang vanilje + 1 tsk sukker – eller ½ spsk vanilje ekstrakt

Sådan gør du
Knus halvdelen af makronerne groft i en serveringsskål, 18-20 cm i diameter. Riv det ene æble på det grove rivejern og fordel det over makronerne. Gentag med resten af makronerne og det sidste æble.

Pisk fløden til blødt skum med vaniljestang og sukker eller den halve spsk vanilje ekstrakt. Fordel flødeskummet på æblerne.

Servér.
